FLORENCE, Ky., May 28, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- ImmuDyne (Other OTC:IMMD.PK - News), the leading supplier of Yeast Beta Glucan, announced today that the United States District Court, District Of Minnesota, dismissed all of Biothera's claims regarding United States Patent Nos. 5,223,491, 5,519,009, 5,397,773, 5,702,719 and 5,705,184.
Immudyne relied primarily on judgements issued in the 2005 Texas action and the Minnesota Court gave preclusive effect to the Texas Judgment.
ImmuDyne is the only lawful supplier of products based upon these Patents.
