ImmuDyne®(IMMD) Reaches Agreement with Ex-Chairman, Robert Nakamura, M.D. Florence, KY- Mar. 14, 2006- ImmuDyne®(IMMD), the leading supplier of Yeast Beta Glucan, today announced an agreement with ex-Chairman, Robert Nakamura M.D., wherein the former officer and director has surrendered all of his options and stock. As such, this event involves a net reduction of more than 1,500,000 options, plus a small amount of Nakamura´s personal stock, in the favor of Immudyne. The ex-Chairman had resigned from the Company in 2003 and the above agreement resolved issues which arose thereafter.
