Anthony G. Bruzzese, M.D., Chairman

Anthony G. Bruzzese, M.D. is a practicing radiologist in Warwick, Rhode Island. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Bruzzese received a Bachelor of Science and M.D. Degrees from Brown University. He has served as Chief of Diagnostic Imaging at Kent County Memorial Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island and is a principal at Tollgate Radiology, Inc., a diagnostic imaging company.

Arun Bahl, DVM, Chief Executive Officer

Arun K. Bahl, DVM, Ph.D. Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from U.P. Agricultural University in India in 1969, a Masters in Veterinary Public Health (M.P.H.) in 1974 and in 1975 a Ph.D. in Veterinary Virology, both from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Bahl is a Diplomat of the American College of Poultry Veterinarians. Over the past 20 years, he has consulted with and advised some of the world’s largest agriculture and meat production, and marketing companies. Dr. Bahl is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, World’s Poultry Science, Midwest Association of Avian Veterinarians, and American Association of Avian Pathologist.

Mark McLaughlin, President

Mark McLaughlin has held the position of President at MII, a management and marketing firm specializing in turnarounds and emerging technologies. Previously he served as Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers and subsequently held the same post at Oppenhiemer & Company. Mr. McLaughlin is a graduate of The College of Holly Cross.

Dominic J. Agostini, Director

Dominic J. Agostini has occupied a number of executive positions with companies, such as Gilbane Building Company and International Processing Systems, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He also served as Executive Vice President of ICM Corporation.
