ImmuDyne Announces Share BuybackFLORENCE, Ky., April 19, 2006 -- ImmuDyne (IMMD), the leading supplier of Yeast Beta Glucan, announced that the Company has now repurchased more than 500,000 shares of its own common stock in open market transactions. The Company also stated that it may repurchase additional shares from time to time as conditions permit, in the open market. ImmuDyne has approximately nineteen million shares outstanding. Additionally, the Company announced agreements had been reached with two former consultants, who have surrendered all of their stock options. As such, this event involves a net reduction of more than 100,000 options, in the favor of ImmuDyne.
