Mark McLaughlin, President

Mark McLaughlin has held the position of President at MII, a management and marketing firm specializing in turnarounds and emerging technologies. Previously he served as Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers and subsequently held the same post at Oppenhiemer & Company. Mr. McLaughlin is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross.

Anthony G. Bruzzese, M.D., Chairman

Anthony G. Bruzzese, M.D. is a practicing radiologist in Warwick, Rhode Island. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Bruzzese received a Bachelor of Science and M.D. Degrees from Brown University. He has served as Chief of Diagnostic Imaging at Kent County Memorial Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island and is a principal at Tollgate Radiology, Inc., a diagnostic imaging company.

Dominic J. Agostini has occupied a number of executive positions with companies, such as Gilbane Building Company and International Processing Systems, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He also served as Executive Vice President of ICM Corporation.
